If you live in the U.S., I hope you had a wonderful and loving Thanksgiving time with your family and friends.
Thanksgiving holiday is an extraordinary time because it reminds us of all the things we are grateful for having and experiencing with those we love.
In this Blog post, I will guide your hoomans through three steps they can follow to take their gratitude practice to the next level. It might seem a simple method, but believe me, once they make this a habit they will be amazed at their manifesting powers, especially when they add this into your training exercises.
So, grab your hooman and ask them to follow these three simple steps:
1. In an index card write down one experience you are grateful for but that you haven’t yet lived it with your pup. The key here is to write it as if it already happened!
For example, you can write how grateful you are to be able to walk your dog on a leash outdoors while feeling joyful and relaxed. Or if your pup has a health concern, you can write how grateful you are that your dog is already fully recovered and playing again.
Now place this card next to your bed, so it’s handy to grab every morning.
2. Create the habit of waking up 10 minutes earlier every day. Add this time in your calendar and adjust your alarm clock, so you wake up earlier. I recommend using a light alarm clock, which wakes you up by simulating the light of sunrise.
3. As soon as you wake up, pick up the card, read it aloud. Now close your eyes and IMAGINE, how would it FEEL if this experience already happened. How grateful would you feel about it?
The more imagination you bring to this image, the more you tune into your emotion of gratitude -- this is the magic you want to create. Your positive feelings have the power to bring into reality anything you plant in your beautiful mind.
Try it and let me know how it goes. I'd love to hear from all my furriends all the fantastic treats and fun experiences your hoomans will start manifesting.
After all, an attitude of gratitude brings opportunities!
